Voter and Candidate Guide

Using the Guide for Candidate Selection:

CMRAA researches the voting records of every candidate listed.  If mobilehome issues are of paramount importance to you, this guide is a must.  Or if you live in a district that is involved in a close race for an elective office and you would like to know if the candidates support mobile home issues, this guide will be very useful.  You will need to know the names of the candidates to use the guide.

If you have already selected a candidate for your community, knowing his/her voting record, you will still find this guide useful. The voter guide includes separate listings for city, state, county, State Assembly, Senate, and/or Congressional District. The California Mobilehome Voters Guide is mailed to all mobilehome voters in the state during primary and general elections. The candidates listed in the California Mobilehome Voters Guide must sign a written pledge to preserve rent stabilization and they must agree to protect mobilehome owners rights.

If you are a CMRAA member and would like to discuss the use of the voters guide for your candidate, or have any other questions, click on the 'contact us' link to the left of this page to contact a CMRAA volunteer.

Use of the guide by a candidate:

Your California Mobilehome Resource and Action Association (CMRAA) has established a Mobilehome database.  This database is a complete listing of all mobilehome residents in the state.  We have used this database to produce a California Mobilehome Owners Voters List.  If you are a candidate for office in the state of California and would like more information about the California Mobilehome Owners Voters List,  just click on the 'contact us' link to the left of this page.
